Buffet Bliss: Exploring and Comparing the Finest Hotel Buffets in Metro Manila Featuring The Grand Kitchen at Grand Hyatt, BGC

In the heart of bustling BGC, a culinary gem awaits those seeking good food and a moment of respite from the day’s demands. Today, I had the pleasure of discovering this with my dear friend, Beng, at the Grand Kitchen, where flavors and hospitality harmoniously blend to create an enjoyable dining experience.

Food Variety and Quality

The quality of the food stood out as exceptional. Although the menu lacked seafood options and diverse beef dishes like roast beef, the dining experience remained thoroughly enjoyable. The lechon kawali, in particular, was incredibly tender and succulent, leaving a lasting impression.

Ambiance

The ambiance in The Grand Kitchen was inviting. I appreciated the beautiful glass decor and the warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Service:

The service truly exceeded expectations. My Caesar salad and tempura were elegantly served by a foreign chef whose presentation was as impressive as his looks. While we savored our meal, another chef graciously passed by to offer us some flavorful Peri Peri chicken—a thoughtful gesture that added warmth to the experience. To top it all off, a member of the staff personally checked in to ensure we were enjoying our dining experience, making us feel valued and cared for throughout the meal.

Value for Money

For approximately Php 1,350 per person, with the benefit of either our PWD or senior cards, the meal offered good value for the price for lunch on a weekday. On weekends or evenings, the buffet typically costs around Php 2,500 per person. It's always a good idea to check directly with the restaurant for the most accurate and up-to-date pricing.

On a scale of 1 to 10, I would confidently rate the Grand Kitchen an impressive 8.5. Its excellent service, warm ambiance, and standout dishes combine to create a dining experience that's certainly worth revisiting.
